Feedstock Testing & Analysis
We use our proprietary lab-scale unit to carbonize feedstock samples, followed by accredited laboratory analysis of both the feedstock and resulting biochar. Our EMB simulation models assess production values and biochar yields specific to each feedstock composition. The analysis characterizes all relevant properties, provides guidance on the most suitable biochar applications, and assesses EBC/WBC certification eligibility, giving project developers confidence in potential yields and quality before any significant capital investment.
Project Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA)
This comprehensive, multi-module study integrates technical characterization, plant design (system and peripherals), and financial metrics (CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, NPV) to identify the optimal setup for a successful and bankable project. The TEA is an iterative tool designed to stress-test configurations, fine-tune the business case, and provide project developers and investors with a rigorous, bankable analysis that de-risks implementation and facilitates funding.

Project Engineering & System Integration Support
We provide critical interface documentation and specialized technical guidance to the client’s engineering firm or EPC contractor during the detailed plant design phase.
We ensure the seamless integration of the PYREG system specifications, process flows, and utility demands with the required peripheral equipment and site infrastructure, accelerating project readiness and minimizing costly integration issues prior to construction.

Biochar Carbon Removal (BCR) Credits Strategy and Support
We offer end-to-end management of your Biochar Carbon Removal credit journey, covering market analysis, project registration (PDD, LCA), and credit sales execution.
By leveraging our optimized cost structure and pre-negotiated terms, we act as your project manager to maximize your financial returns and unlock this high-value secondary income stream.

All-Inclusive Logistics Service
We manage the complete logistics of our systems from our factory to the client’s site — handling transport coordination, customs documentation, and delivery planning to ensure the system arrives on time, in full, and ready for installation. This turnkey logistics service removes a critical complexity from the project timeline and provides full visibility from factory gate to site handover.

Tailor-Made Operator Training
We design and deliver customized training programs for the teams responsible for operating and maintaining the system. Covering process fundamentals, system controls, routine maintenance, emissions monitoring, and safety procedures, the training ensures operating teams are fully equipped to run the system efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations from day one of operation.

A Technology Partner Built for Complex Projects
PYREG is built to operate at the level that EPCs and engineering firms require — a technically mature, professionally structured supplier that integrates seamlessly into complex project delivery frameworks, not a technology vendor that needs to be managed.
We Work the Way EPCs Work
PYREG has delivered projects alongside globally recognized engineering and EPC firms on large-scale biosolids and waste treatment infrastructure across Europe, North America, and Australia. We bring the documentation standards, assurance processes, and project delivery discipline that complex infrastructure projects demand.
Technical Maturity, Backed by References
With 55+ installations worldwide, EBC type certification, and a track record of deep technical engagement — from process integration and utility mapping to emissions compliance — PYREG operates at a level of engineering rigor that separates it from other players in the pyrolysis market.
Modular, Well-Defined Integration
The PX1500 features clearly defined process boundaries, connection points, and utility requirements, with full interface documentation provided as standard. Multiple units can be combined on a single site without custom engineering for every project.
Engineering & TEA Support
PYREG’s engineering team provides specialized guidance during detailed design, ensuring seamless system integration and minimizing costly iterations prior to construction. For projects still developing their business case, PYREG’s TEA service provides the technical and financial modeling needed to support investment decisions.
